The World's End in Camden is the pub upstairs from the Underworld. On Sunday afternoons they put on bands themselves. The Hyenas got a last minute call to play today. Luckily I was not only free, but passing by on my way home from East London. It makes quite a pleasant venue and as a busy pub there's quite a reasonable crowd.
After seeing the Hyenas I was pleased to discover that the Olympians were also playing. The Olympians are Brett from Vanilla Ride's other band. He plays drums in both). The Olympians are just drums and guitar and definitely worth seeing. At the moment they have no music on Myspace (or anywhere) so you'll have to see them live if you want to check out my judgement. There were another couple of bands to enjoy. After yesterday's 10 bands, only 4 today....
