The excellent No Cars are part of a Japanese evening at the Windmill. Some of the bands are actually touring from Japan. There does seem to be a special Japanese character to these bands which always involves long hair and flailing like a dervish. Moja are particularly spectacular. I hope my photos capture at least some of the energy.
