As I have a season ticket for the New Blood Festival I have come down tonight to a show which has no bands that I normally follow. I have seen Hook & Twin before and look forward to seeing how they have progressed. There are too many keyboards and too few drums to be my ideal gig. Everyone was OK and I can't think of any clever remarks. Hook and Twin (with the only drums of the night) are probably my pick. Visions in Trees perform (literally) in the dark so there's not much to see. With my flash I can see that Sara, the singer, is adopting poses, but this seems a bit pointless as only my flashgun illuminates them.
