Fantastic last minute decision for Wild Blanket to go and see one of their favourite bands, Carnival of Souls.
The show was organised by ..GUS..for a charity and he also organised some raffle tickets and bribed a lovely little boy to sell it around the crowd.
The show was fantastic, many jumps in the air from Gronk as well as ..GUS .who unusually jumped in the crowd and had nearly more energy than Gronk(if you know them you would know how difficult that would be to achieve)
Raffle tickets were sorted at the end, many prizes from local shops were given including some wine bottles, restaurants dinners and trip abroad, as well as tshirts and scarves and discount tickets for waxing.
A tipsy Gronk came to thank us for coming at the end and I had to congratulate him on the vocals on his new song which he seems to be holding all in one go for a rather long time, and he was grateful I did notice as nobody else seemed to have done.
John was also very entertaining as the previous band may have helped ruining his amp (they came and apologised and proposed to pay for it...to follow up) and Hugo was as excited as a flee and also very sociable.

Very good evening even though I was fallling asleep and Neil wasn't that far off neither. We love Carnival of Souls...
