Daddy's Little Secret @ the Comedy

Not sure how I came across this band, I have looked through their friends on myspace and the only connection I can see is the Johnsons. Anyway I liked the photos on their myspace, and its a very long time since I've been down the comedy; so finding myself with a quieter week I thought I'd venture out and photograph people I didn't know. When I arrived I think I was the only person who wasn't playing in one of the bands, but the place did fill up by Daddy's Little Secret played.

As you can see they are an energetic band, heavyish rock. I don't really review bands so you'd better go to their myspace and listen yourself. After happening on so many fine bands lately, I am rather afraid of finding too many to love. Their gigs already clash regularly and it feels as if I'm torn between several lovers when I have to choose (not quite sofie's choice though). The band's are all wonderful in their understanding, but it must surely hurt to be spurned for another; especially when they can read the gory details of the betrayal in this very blog.  None of this has anything to do with Daddy's Little Secret, except that it caused me to scurry away at the end, rather than saying hi to the band.
