Rubella @ the Crosskings

I’ve had the day off work to do things like unpack. I like the crosskings and I like Rubella so it’s a pleasant evening. As I have seen all their gigs todate I am like a collector who wants every specimen. There are other bands that I have seen their first gig but then they ended up playing early dates in obscure venues south of the river or on days I just couldn’t make, so soon the collection was imperfect. Rubella continue to play nice venues on nights when I am available, so I am fast becoming a number one fan. The crowd tonight is fairly small (it’s difficult to attaract a large crowd at 8.15 on a Monday), but I enjoy their show anyway.
