I have started a new project this year of snapping people at gigs with my new leica dlux4 compact. I usually only get my big Nikon out of my bag for live shows, it's never ready for quick snaps. So with my new camera I keep it handy and set up for black and white snaps. Generally I only take one photo which appears in this gallery, occasionally I might do a second if someone has blinked in the first, but no more; thus I hope the photos retain some spontaneity. I started this project on New Year's Eve and it will continue until dawn breaks.
